We get to know you

Like any good relationship, we need to get to know each other. At our initial meeting, or our first date if you like… we need to immerse ourselves in your brand and learn what makes you tick: what are your values, what do you stand for, what products and services do you offer, who are you offering them to. And above all, we’ll listen to your ideas and what your goals are. Information is the most important key to success.

Make
a plan

Once we have a clear understanding of your business, your goals and objectives, we can begin to form the plan of attack. Through researching your brand, the other fish in the sea (your competition), the marketplace, and your target audience, we’ll create a unique and tailored approach.

Develop the concept

Now we have the vision and the project planned out, the collaborative effort starts. We’ll get the right people for the job together to develop the initial creative concepts. From graphic designers and web developers, to photographers and digital strategists, we have the best of the best on hand to develop the creative solutions. We’ll work with you to make sure our creative concepts align perfectly with your brand and your goals. No idea is too big, no project too hard.

Execution

When you love the concept, we’ll ramp up production and roll the project out across all the agreed touch points. But before anything gets sent out we’ll liaise with you to make sure everything is just right; only perfection will do. Brands will be developed, websites will be built, collateral will be designed, and strategies will be put into action.

Launch
Day

When everything is ready, we’ll let it loose upon the world, but it’s not time to crack the champagne just yet! We need to make sure the world knows about your campaign and your business. We can support your campaign launch by coordinating an event, PR campaign, marketing strategy, digital advertising or social media campaign. We also offer ongoing support.

Measure
& Analysis

After the project or campaign is completed, we’ll evaluate it to make sure all goals have been achieved. If it is an ongoing campaign, we will look at the analytics to then refine the project and report weekly or monthly on the results of the campaign. We are always looking for ways to make your campaign better. We can also discuss what’s next!

In the touchpoint phase, the deliverables are formed, based on: Approved brand architecture, Desired customer experience, Agreed upon design element.s

A majority of our creative hours are used during this phase. Many of our traditional and digital touchpoints are utilized to increase brand esteem and to encourage customer selection.

The launch of a new brand or brand touchpoint is a crucial business decision that demands proper planning and adequate documentation. We provide a user-friendly, system-based approach to develop guides that allows the client to better leverage and manage creative assets. These solutions include: Brand guidelines, Graphic design manuals, Editorial content guidelines & Content management system documentation
